so it seems this week the mission is to hunt
yellow... i told b & c i'm a bit short on
yellow toys and they said that someone in our family has
yellow eyes and that would be a purrrfect
yellow... my tummy twitched, my head lowered and i said "um, b... my eyes are
yellow..."

but b said "no", that i was just tricking and the light was just playing and i was just trying to get out of the mission at paw... so i took a long sulky walk at the dog park where there were
yellow sunflowers as big as my dinner plate but i wasn't concentrating on them all i was thinking about was long sharp claws...

i hunkered down with my
yellow snake and my
yellow duck taffy for inspiration all the time thinking of a plan of attack, i have to watch my butt as i'm thinking of claws...

i devised a plan to hunt the fierce thing with those scary
yellow eyes and sharp, sharp claws... i will admit, it made me
yellow (that's slang for scaredy cat by the way) just thinking about it, so i told b i needed strength, i needed sustenance, i had to have some
yellow cheese...

and some vegemite

which she gave me on my
yellow treat spoon... lick-a-liscious...

now i felt almost tough enough to get close to the fiercest member of our family that has the most wonderful
yellow eyes... all i needed was a quick self defense lesson with mr snake to sharpen my game...

and my mission was done...without a scratch i shot of my prey...

bodie cat!!! and then b did something special to celebrate my bravery she cooked cheese scones from the book her mum and dad gave her cos she said they are the best cheese scones she's ever tasted

and i have to say they are most tasty with lashings of
yellow butter and a light smear of vegemite... i also have to say b serving it to me on a
yellow plate was a nice touch...

in memory of klaus,
bogart and lulu's soulmate, we are posting a picture of early
yellow crocus peeping through the snow... when we saw the pic
scruffy, stanley and lacie placed on their post honouring klaus, they just seemed so right!
blue's next 'true colours thursday' is going to be
violet... 'till next week, doyle ;D
