and then yesterday our friends laura and lloyd lost pixie... : (
and we need to confess that we were probably not even going to post today... it just seemed too hard. until we saw blue's beautiful tribute to bodie and we realised we just need to carry on.
So, in honour of bodie and pixie we present to you a series of rainbow park benches - why on earth? you see... these are just the kind of benches we imagine bodie and pixie sitting on whilst having a right old natter as they pass away the time at rainbow bridge...
and then something odd happened... while we were 'lifting' pics of rainbow benches we came across this image... 
for some reason we hovered over it in disbelief... yes there does seem to be an uncanny resemblance... is this a photo of bodie and pixie on a park bench? or is that just too wierd? grief does seem to do strange things to the mind.next week is going to be mauve...
oh and blue... we didn't think you would mind us stealing your beautiful pic of bodie for our blog... you are amazing and we thank you for the silent prod!
to all the unknown photographers of the park benches... we thank you for allowing us to create this visual memory of the two old girls in another place...

You know it is kind of what I imagine their human selves would look like except Pixie would have a wee tiara on, of course!

That was nice. We all paused to think for a few minutes about our pals over the Rainbow Bridge. My next door neighbor doggie just joined them on Monday. Very sad.
